The team is currently performing final quality control checks, including tightening anchor bolts and ensuring no shiners—where nail heads protrude past the wood—are present. The structure will undergo a framing and roof inspection before proceeding to the next phase, which includes rough plumbing, electrical, and mechanical installations. The site is also being treated with Bora-Care to provide a protective layer against termites and other wood-destroying insects. The builder notes that while the framing is nearly finished, the project will require a partial inspection pass before interior walls can be closed, as rough mechanical work must be completed first.
