Apple announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, reporting total quarterly revenue of $109.4 billion. This figure represents a 16 percent increase compared to the same period in the previous year. The company also reported a gross margin of 50.1 percent, a result that includes a favorable impact of approximately 2 percentage points attributed to tariff refunds.

Diluted earnings per share reached $2.02, marking a 29 percent increase year over year. This earnings figure was bolstered by a $0.11 per share benefit from the aforementioned tariff refunds. CEO Tim Cook highlighted that the company experienced double-digit revenue growth across its iPhone, Mac, and Services divisions, with gains observed in every geographic segment.

The company noted that its installed base of active devices reached a new all-time high across all major product categories and geographic regions. CFO Kevan Parekh stated that the quarter set new records for both earnings per share and operating cash flow for the June period. These results follow the company's recent announcements at WWDC26, where it introduced new software features and the Siri AI platform.

In conjunction with the financial report, Apple’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per share. The dividend is scheduled for payment on August 13, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 10, 2026. The company continues to manage its operations amid global economic conditions and ongoing reliance on third-party manufacturing and component supply chains.
