Apple reported $109.4 billion in revenue for the third fiscal quarter of 2026, marking a 16% increase compared to the same period last year. The company’s net profit reached $29.8 billion, with diluted earnings per share rising to $2.02. These results landed at the high end of analyst expectations, which had projected revenue between $108 billion and $110 billion.

The iPhone remained the company's largest business segment, generating $54.3 billion in revenue, a 22% increase year-over-year. CEO Tim Cook attributed this performance to strong demand for the current iPhone lineup, which includes the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, the iPhone Air, the iPhone 17, and the iPhone 17E. According to data from IDC, Apple gained global market share during the quarter.

The Mac division also saw significant growth, with revenue reaching $10.4 billion, a 29% increase from the previous year. This performance was driven by the MacBook Pro and the newly introduced MacBook Neo. Apple noted that the Mac lineup, powered by Apple Silicon, continues to see high demand for AI-related workloads, including on-device inference and local model deployment.

Services revenue reached a June quarter record of $30.7 billion, representing 28.1% of the company's total revenue. While products accounted for the majority of sales at $78.7 billion, the Services segment maintained a higher gross margin of 75.6%. Every geographic segment reported record revenue for the June quarter, with notable strength in India, China, and Western Europe.

During the earnings call, leadership highlighted the upcoming release of Siri AI, which was unveiled at WWDC26. The company also announced new child safety features, such as Ask to Browse and Time Allowances, which are scheduled to arrive this fall. These tools are designed to integrate guidance from clinical and child development research to assist parents in managing digital habits.
